Returns Policy
If you have received a defective or damaged product, you may request return of the product within 3 days of delivery for a full refund by returning the product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Just drop us an email at care@sheetkart.com with the images of the product/products as received with your order id and we will revert to you the steps to return the product.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with the details of the refund amount.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
If you have received any extra discount by applying any coupon codes, promo codes, that discounted amount will be debited from your refund amount.
